Just want to make one suggestion which is to start a time trial by pressing a button on the Apple Watch. Coz most of the time, the time trial doesn’t come at the beginning, it often comes after a few rounds of warm up and it’s kinda unpredictable using the timer delay.

Apple Watch crashed at the end of the first water workout. Lost the data. 

Out of 4 workouts initiated by Apple Watch, only 2 registered on the app

Very primitive and unstable app. It suddenly stops without record from time to time, and it doesn't know to pause when  the paddler takes a rest on the sea. The records are weak too, without pacing at intervals, with no records of heart rate, with no counts of paddling at all. Not a worthy app at all.
