While the app idea is great, there are a lot of things that need to be fixed 1. When keyboard is opened to type a message, i struggle to close it and send my message 2. No way to specify my level as i progress 3. Most people inaccurately specify their level and it affects the level of the game 4. Some bugs here and there like when I specify location for open matches, the list does not appear most of the time I am using a 13 pro with the latest software and app update for reference.

There is an issue in open matches screen when i open filter by area. I can’t close it. Please fix it

Messaging feature not working properly, no customer service to submit reports or feedbacks, not quite user friendly app..

Cant change anything related to the level, cant delete the account and no one to call for support. Players who join in for a game join and confirm then easily leave the game just before the match and we cant reach them and we have to quickly find other players because we cant cancel the courts. This happed many times and this leave the one who booked in a bad situation a court booked with no players.

Can’t update my info related to my level can’t delete my account, every time I try to delete it, I been forced to type a long sentence like I’m deleting a super sensitive data and after all of that, i got a message that servers doesn’t respond to delete, but response in rest of application. I can see it’s not a production issue, it’s human made bug to block users from deleting their accounts

I have iPhone 11pro There is always a problem in the requests approval every time as I can’t approve the players request The bottom appear a small part which can’t reach or click

I’d suggest you add a feature that makes it possible to connect with your contacts, so you can find friends and family members n the app to play with
