The app for iPad doesn’t work. No matter what location or dates you select upon startup, nothing changes. It remains on default startup settings. I selected “Central America” and it remains on “locations near me”. I select dates for December 2024, but the search remains for tomorrow. Total waste of time!
If you go to the padi website it will show dive shops that will give you dive tours, etc… This app must not be using the same database because none of the results show up here.
During sign up, you’ll waste 5 minutes filling everything up, press save. Then nothing happens. You’ll then press back only to find out you’re force to go and enter everything again and press save where nothing will happen again.
Does not save my info nor my dive buddies I spend way too much time entering. Junk
I enrolled in an elearning course with no dives required but before it allows me to view the material I already paid for, I have to add a dive shop. Great, except when I go to find one (there are 6 in a nearby city) the map doesn’t update and says there are zero dive shops in the area no matter how many times I update the map! So I paid for a course, but cannot access it-thanks PADI!
I dled the app to help me with the booking I made through PADI and the app won’t open just immediately closes itself
It’s okay for finding dive shops, but directly contact the shop to book services. Reservations made in the app can be missing information and are harder to reschedule or refund (maybe impossible) than if you simply deal directly with the shop.
I just downloaded this app and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t find my PADI certified dive shop, when I select the log and card it takes me back to the App Store to download the app again. I have it a two because the concept is great.

Every time I open the app, it prompts me to enter the sweepstakes even if it hasn’t been a week. This makes me worry that my entry hasn’t gone through as there is no confirmation.
