Easy to search apartments/rooms and to contact agents. 4 stars because I found myself switching between PadMapper and G**gle maps constantly.

This app is a SCAM - DO NOT DOWNLOAD
This app used to be super useful for renters and subletters. Now regular people can’t post their “pads.” They will delete your account, mark your posting as “malicious” and when they email them, they give you a form response that tells you that you somehow violated their terms of service, but not HOW you violated their “terms.” This app is nothing more than a scam now, what a shame.
Just be careful
This company should be flag for misuse of the private policy. The company doesn’t follow their own policy . I posted as a landlord of my property through a company I owned . It was deemed as a misuse of the policy , when it clearly states third parties and landlords is permitted. I think there looking for properties to scam.
Waste of time and effort
Signed up, verified my identity, and wrote a listing complete with pictures only to be locked out of my account for no reason or notification whatsoever. Listing was never made public. What is even the point of this?
My first review ever here
I have used several good rental apps, and some of them have been very helpful. However, what really impressed me about PadMapper is its ability to send the same message to multiple property agents at once. Additionally, when you contact the first one, PadMapper suggests related properties and allows you to contact them without needing to reach out separately to each one.
The best app to find places.
This app help me a lot, the owners respond the e-mails so quick .
Great app
Beat the Zillow crowds with PadMapper
Great app but way too many emails
I really like this app and the features it offers. However the frequency of the emails is WAY too often. I get 5+ emails a day from this app sometimes. I don't mind being notified when new listings pop up, but it sends emails from every neighborhood surrounding the ones I am looking at and it is very overwhelming. Please allow us to adjust the frequency of emails to maybe 1 per day. This is otherwise a really great app for apartment hunting especially in larger cities.
They’re all scams.
They show nice apartments on the website, but if you do your own investigation, it turns out to be nonsense. I looked at three beautiful apartments, or what I Thought were apartments. But when I google searched the addresses, they were run down houses. This app is terrible.
