## Page Screenshot for Safari Description
• Available on all your devices, on iOS, iPad, and macOS •

Page Screenshot for Safari is an awesome extension, just a press away, ready to use every time you need to capture a webpage screenshot, either the full page or just the visible screen.

FEATURES
• Take full website screenshots
• Take screenshots of the visible part of any website
• Export as JPEG
• Capture a long website in one screenshot
• Specify a maximum height of a full website screenshot (scroll number)
• Easy to use, fast access, very user-friendly

IMPORTANT NOTES
The export format of the screenshot is JPEG and will look good on your mobile devices, but scaling and previewing the image on a computer can cause pixelation (quality loss).
The height of the full-page screenshot is limited to 12 screens on iPhones and 5 screens on iPads.

### ****- "Feels native, works well enough"
The biggest advantage of this screenshot tool is that it’s very simple and uses native UI. I haven’t had any issues with it so far and it doesn’t try to advertise any subscriptions to me

The only complaint I have is that there’s no option to change the quality level of JPEGs. The JPEGs have too many artifacts for my taste
-- Ampersando, 2025-12-19

### ***** "Perfect"
Work so well and makes it so much easier for things that don’t save the format as such would with this app and a full page screenshot
-- devmd123, 2025-10-23

### ***** "Use it daily"
I am the manager of a digital team and this extension has saved me so much time! Instead of capturing multiple screenshots and assembling in photoshopp, I now have only 1 click.

It doesn’t work on all websites, which is probably due to JS controlled scrolling and iframes, which I totally understand why.

If you need a full-page screenshot of website, Get. This. Tool! It works for most, not all, but most sites.
-- stellar_bill, 2025-01-08

### ****- "Works Great!"
I have been using this extension for some time now, and it works exceptionally well! I take screenshots for documentation and instructions, and then I compile them in Acrobat.
-- ARTisZing, 2024-09-27

### *---- "Captures a whole website, then squeezes everything in a single page to print!"
Twisted! I want my money back!
-- Queens_DeeJay, 2024-06-24

### **--- "worse than it used to be"
I've been experiencing more and more issues with this app since I bought it originally 4 years ago. It has started failing in multiple instances when I try to screenshot some webpages that are more than 1 page long. Additionally, there's something about the jpg/png/pdf creation that makes my Macbook unable to open the photo and view it without Preview.app or Photoshop glitching out or crashing. I use the Full Page Screen Capture extension on Google Chrome and it has none of the problems that this app has, AND that extension is free! I can't recommend this app anymore. There are free apps and extensions that do a better job than this app. Very sad to see this app no longer working properly. Unfortunate
-- Blaqkie, 2024-03-21

### *---- "Doesn't capture the whole page"
I bought this because I need to capture the entire page. You can already take a screen shot of the visible area by clicking shift, command, 4 and then hitting the space bar. This does the exact same thing but you have to pay $2.99. Very disappointed!
-- jbeaumontw, 2024-01-18

### *---- "Sad"
I played around with this a lot to get it to work on my mac and on the iphone. I could get full page jpegs in some settings, but that was hit-or-miss, and not always in the correct settings. I could never get a pdf, split the page into usuable jpeg sizes, or do anything else with this app. Overall, disappointing.
-- Ktblg, 2023-10-26

### *---- "January 2023 Does not work"
doesnt work. requesting a refund ASAP
-- Gambits-jockstrap, 2023-01-25

### ***-- "Doesn't Support Scrollable Regions or Live Text in PDFs"
I love supporting indie developers but was sad to see that this app was missing two features I'd expect from a paid app. The first of which is a real dealbreaker.

TLDR: For most users the free FireShot app is good enough. I'd gladly increase my review to 5 stars if the developer can address point 1 (and I'd love point 2).

Missing features:

1) The app doesn't work for scrollable regions on sites with fixed headers and footers
- I mostly need this app to take screenshots of Zendesk chat conversations. Zendesk has a fixed-height header, footer and side bar but leaves most of the page to a scrolling conversation box (which contains 100% of the content I need to save). Because only the box scrolls, not the page, this app doesn't capture any of the hidden content. It's therefore unusable for my main use case.

2) PDF exports don't have live text
- FireShot is a free app that actually works perfectly for use case 1. But they charge $35 for their pro version which provides live, highlightable text in PDF exports. I had hoped that Page Screenshot would offer this feature for $2.99 but sadly all the PDF exports do NOT have live text.

For most sites, this app would be good enough but I wish I had known the above going in. A watermarked free trial would have helped me test whether or not this was a good investment.

Best of luck to the devs. Hope they can fix these issues. Will gladly revise my review if they do so.
