Kept telling me my Bluetooth was off when it wasn’t. Finally got that to work, then it said the key was paired but it still didn’t work. As others here have said you get what you pay for; no guarantees unless you go through the dealer. I’ll be getting a refund.

It took me about two hours to finally figure out all the quirks of this app. Everything has to be just so for example the connection would fail if my phone was in my car instead of outside it. If you are willing to be patient it’s nice to save the money but if you would like a truly easy, quick, and simple key programming I’d recommend getting a dealer key. I went to school to work on cars and this gave me a headache because of the lack of user support and instructions. Every time you work on a car you can expect some type of delay (to an extent) but this was something else.

Had 2 programming uses but it didn’t take it. After entering cc it charged  $40 for more programmings without even giving advice of charge. Managed to do one programming after it which was deemed successful. But none of the remote key features worked. Tried to reprogram again only to be asked to  purchase more uses. Why it even charges anything before and not after successful programming. Really bad and doesn’t work.

Only app that crashes to iOS desktop whenever I open even after multiple reinstalls. This means the app is buggy and unstable. Makes sense that they have not updated in seven months. Website contains zero helpful technical support information.

I keep purchasing a “programming” & when it doesn’t work, my purchase disappears from my account activity and I am prompted to purchase another. I fell for it a few times, got frustrated & confused. Checked my bank account & it’s charging though. I think it’s a scam!!
