Concierge chat doesn’t even work. The operator from the hotel room is useless. Don’t know why they make a non-functioning app. Definitely not a luxurious experience.

The app is great and all but I can’t find the pillows at all
It’s nice for service like towels or soap, etc. but glitchy and slow at times. I wish we could send feedback about each staff member without starting over and inputting them all separately. It wouldn’t let me input out date and time for bag pickup. Sometimes it got stuck when it found a time slot at a restaurant but then wouldn’t allow for selection even though it showed it was available…
I checked in yesterday and still can’t get the app to work. Would be nice if it actually worked 😩
App won’t load anything after the Home Screen, won’t work
I like the app. Would suggest putting in a cart pickup tool for the Grand being that you already can see your location on the app, why not allow people to push a button to tell the cart driver someone is waiting on a ride?
Every day I have to update it?? Staying at their hotel now. Today I update, open, tells me I need to update. Delete app, reinstall, open requires update. Useless
I can’t access anything. It says I’ve checked in and doesn’t even show my reservation. And it’s not until May.
Trying to make reservations for activities and restaurants. Unable to use the app prior to my traveling to the resort.
I love the idea of this app and the features that can help both guests and employees. However, the app is not user friendly, freezes A LOT, and features are too limited. For example, the only things that can be put on the calendar are things planned by the vacation planners. I get that they want to promote the hotel tours, but you cant even put the hotel’s own shows on the calendar! It’s hard to figure out how to make a dinner reservation. It would be useful to be able to let the resort know when the room will be empty for some time so cleaning can be scheduled, since language is often a barrier with cleaners. I would love to use room service for meals, but the menu is way too limited.
