## Palace Resorts Reviews in United States

### ***** "Awesome app"
One of the best resort apps I’ve ever used. The only I would add is the ability to book or reserve Bowling and other entertainment/events posted.
-- aarhb, 2025-03-10

### *---- "Useless"
Incapable of actually scheduling a service. Did NOT provide method to book spa or restaurant reservations. Only feature that worked was calendar if you called and booked with tour desk
-- Unimpressed 10000, 2025-02-15

### *---- "Billing now hidden"
I used to be able to see my billing charges on previous visits but now they’ve taken away the ability to see the details of the billing. I suspect this is so people don’t see the palace foundation charges at the end of their stay and ask them to take it off the bill. When I asked the front desk about this they told me to delete and redownload the app, but this didn’t make a difference. It seems like a purposeful change they made.
-- Deceitful billing changes, 2025-02-14

### ***-- "App is great when it’s working"
After the last update you must have an active reservation to log into the app. This is not helpful if you need to check on past reservations. Please fix this! We were there last week and it was constantly asking for our reservation number.
-- stopitstopitstopit, 2025-02-13

### *---- "Scam Palace"
The flowrider breaks regularly. So do not buy a membership if that is what you’re into. You can go to any other Florider in the world and spend less money. Do not use their taxi service. They overcharge. The taxi drivers will also pretend that they are lost and charge you more. It has happened to me more than once. Do not download this app. Do not go to Moon Palace. It is trash.
-- dissatisfaction guy, 2025-02-04

### ***** "Perfect"
Works great
-- BootyKa, 2025-01-07

### *---- "Crash After Crash"
This is one of the most difficult apps to navigate and when you find where you need to be it most likely will crash.
-- Bassplayer 927, 2025-01-03

### **--- "Glitchy app, not intuitive"
We found the app frustrating and ineffective. Booking restaurants at other resorts was not possible even when we had registered day passes in the system for resort access. Twice we lost restaurant times when booking.
-- Rhoades Scholar, 2025-01-03

### **--- "App somewhat works.."
Stayed in the moon palace in Cancun the app UI worked half of the time with many pages not working or being listed and navigation just being poorly designed overall.
-- Drop dropped, 2024-12-29

### *---- "App is unreliable at best and unusable at worst"
This app is impossible to navigate. I get an error half the time without any explanation and have to contact the front desk.
