Hours of operation are more often than not posted timely and accurately.

Doesn’t work without internet

Would have been nice to be able to download the maps, features offline because it doesn’t work when you’re up there. :(

Great idea, fair execution

This app is great. The AR is pretty good and the maps are mostly helpful. The main issue is that everything needs internet access; a rather rare thing at the top of a mountain.

Stay away, just visit the park in person.

Asks for extremely invasive permissions before you can even use the app. If you don’t enable Location Services, o well, app won’t work unless you turn it on. Also wants photos permission as well when all I simply want to do is watch the Palm Springs Tram virtual tour before heading there.

Helpful and Entertaining app!

I had never been on the tram and really had no clue about the area until I got this app. I’m a big fan of audio guides in museums and this app reminded me of one. There are all kinds of useful and interesting tidbits about wildlife and the tram itself. The AR functionality is super cool and I love the 360 video of under the tram. 100% recommend this app.
