Locating yourself on the app is a hassle. It never loads it . Overall the app is very slow and fails to load pages on command . I have notice that driver do not have clear a good services to a handicapped person Especially how to deploy the ram when someone in a wheelchair meet to get in and out from the bus. I rely heavily on Public Transport to get to work and very rarely does the app even load. When it does, there’s a 50/50 chance the busses are even running that day. It’s as if the drivers choose random days to not work, and Palm Tran doesn’t even bother notifying the passengers. Do better because this is just ridiculous. I’ve witnessed first had busses pull up to stops and just change to “out if service” in the middle of the day for no reason, or had drivers just not take passengers and drive off.
