THE BASICS:
1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients.
2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day. Most recipes are therefore quick, easy & ideal for take-away.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

• All recipes are created by me, my brother or my mom!

• The recipes are perfect for everyday use, including meal prep ideas. But luckily we also have the time to bake a cake or muffins now and then!
• Filter according to your dietary needs: vegan, lactose free, gluten free, low calorie, without nuts, etc.
• Easy step-by-step cooking instructions.
• Calories & macros included with every recipe.
• Type in the number of portions you want to cook. The amounts of ingredients will change accordingly.
• Meal Planner: structure your week with the meal planner tool. If you feel overwhelmed, you can also copy my „Pam Meal Plan“.
• Shopping List: make sure you have all ingredients by using the shopping list. Want to replace the apples with pears? No problem.
WORKOUTS
• Direct access to all my workouts videos.
• Filter according to your training needs: difficulty level, workout type and focus area.
• Workout Planner: structure your week of exercise with the workout planner tool. If you want, you can also copy my „Pam Workout Plan“.
BLOG
• Exclusive articles on fitness, lifestyle & food knowledge. Carbs, protein, fats, sugar .. understand how to nourish your body! I also share articles on cooking tips, meal prep ideas and motivation, to help you stay on track.

I’ve downloaded and deleted a bunch of fitness, workout, and shopping list apps in the past. Pam app is the only one I’ve found with all those features together. It definitely came to stay for sure! I like that I can now have my workout plan on my phone, no need to keep screenshooting. The videos are also in the app, which means you don’t have to go to YouTube or use your computer if you don’t want to. There is plenty of more to learn, download to find out! Also weder hab ich gefrorene Bananen noch PAMTELLER ! Was soll das ich möchte ihre überteuerten Produkte nicht kaufen gibt es denn keine Rezepte wo man nicht extra 10 Läden abklappern muss um ENDLICH was kochen zu können? Das ist mir zu viel exotisches Zeug tut mir leid App aber du wirst wieder gelöscht keine Ahnung wie die ganzen Girlies darauf reinfallen ….

Tolle App mit einem Verbesserungsvorschlag

Super App, die ich überwiegend für die Sportvideos verwende. Allerdings wäre es super, wenn es die Funktion gäbe, dass man mehrere Videos quasi in die Warteschleife machen kann, die dann automatisch abspielen, wenn das erste Video fertig ist. Damit könnte man sein Sportprogramm effizienter gestalten, weil man nicht in Versuchung gerät, nach einem Video aufzuhören oder zwischen den Videos nochmal andere Apps (WhatsApp, Instagram) zu öffnen, weil man das Handy gar nicht mehr in die Hand nehmen muss

I don’t use the nutrition part of the app much. But the exercises. Great music, great form, I love the background and the fact that nobody’s screaming at me from the TV to do more than I can or telling me that I’m feeling good, when I’m struggling. I highly recommend the app and Pam

Im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Sind schon gute Gerichte dabei. Manchmal wiederholt sich aber auch einiges. Was ich definitiv nicht gut finde, dass die Rezepte aus den Büchern nochmal extra gekauft werden müssen, obwohl man ja schon ein Abo zahlt. Gut, dass es im Netz viele günstigere/kostenfreie Alternativen gibt.

Monatelanger Bug: Videos nur in YT mit Werbung

Die Videos lassen sich auf dem iPad innerhalb der App nur in Miniatur abspielen. Sobald man die Ansicht dreht, so dass der gesamte Bildschirm eingenommen wird, bricht es ab. So kann man die Videos nur über YT abspielen. Das bedeutet sehr laute Werbung, jedes Mal zwei Spots vor jedem Video. Elendiges Hin und Her klicken kommt dazu. Trainingspläne damit nicht nutzbar. Die gesamte Freude, der Drive: Verloren. Der Bug ist sein Monaten bekannt, bestimmt schon fast ein Jahr. Es ändert sich nichts. So langsam muss ich den Schluss ziehen, dass es Absicht ist. Dadurch wird mehr Geld durch Werbung auf YT generiert. Denn bei dem Umsatz von Pamela mit ihrem Business dürfte wohl genug Geld vorhanden sein, um den Fehler beheben zu lassen. Sehr enttäuschend. Und das noch trotz Abo als InApp-Kauf.

The app is not optimized for ipad/tablet and the whole app is too small on ipad. It makes it hard to see the details such as the recipes.

Ständige Probleme bei AirPlay

Die App als solches ist super, nur leider habe ich STÄNDIG Probleme, die Workout Videos per AirPlay auf dem TV oder Laptop abzuspielen (egal in welchem WLAN ich war, welche Geräte ich genutzt habe oder ob das Video über die App oder YouTube abgespielt wurde). Häufig stürzt das Video zu Beginn ab. Nachdem dem das erste Video vernünftig abgespielt wurde wird beim zweiten nur der Ton abgespielt und nicht das Bild. Dafür muss zunächst AirPlay wieder ausgeschaltet oder die App sogar geschlossen werden. Das stört leider ziemlich den Flow… :(
