THE BASICS:
1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. No artificial sweeteners, etc.
2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

Love it but…
The app is amazing, everything is intuitive and really good but I’d like to see the option to refresh the meal plan every 2 weeks and have different meals.
Not working well with IOS 17.1
App was working perfectly till I did the update for IOS 17.1 😔 I am now not able to see the workout video on the app when I rotate the phone, it just close everything suddenly, so I must see it on YouTube. Will be great if can correct this bug 🙏🏼

The plan doesn’t refresh
I’m my plans I can see all week workouts, but on home, it should refresh every day for the plan of the day and mine is stuck on Monday

Health tracker
App is really good, but it would be perfect if it would sync the workouts with the iOS health app.
