App unable to load via Wi-Fi
Not sure why the app wasn’t able to load when phone is on Wi-Fi. Other than that, great app!
Description
THE BASICS:
1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. No artificial sweeteners, etc.
2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

the workouts i added into my workout plan keep missing and sometimes i can’t arrange the workouts and the workouts will get jumbled up. please fix the bug, it’s annoying me so much!

Great app for free workouts & recipes!
Really love the free app, it’s loaded with home workouts and healthy recipes. Like that there’s many vegan recipes also which can be accessed for a reasonable sub fee. Pam’s been innovating the app to include diff weekly workout plans which is perfect! 😍

Ich verwende sie hauptsächlich für Snacks und mein Frühstück und bin total verliebt. Mein Magen kann das gut verdauen. Da alle Rezepte nicht so schwer im Magen liegen. Und schmecken einfach unvergleichlich gut. Weiter so! 🥰🤭
Ist ok..
Ein paar Rezepte waren echt gut. Leider sind manche Rezept einfach nicht aufeinander abgestimmt. Eine Möglichkeit das Rezept zu bewerten wäre eine gute Option um herauszufinden, ob das Gericht denn auch wirklich schmeckt.
Grundsätzlich gute App, die leider die Rezepte trotz bezahltem Abo nicht lädt
Ich hatte die App schon bei für ein Jahr und finde sie grundsätzlich gut und auch ihre Rezepte super. Nun habe ich mir die monatliche Version gekauft und bekomme die bezahlten Rezepte alle nicht ordentlich angezeigt. Vergangene Woche habe ich bereits den Support kontaktiert doch keiner meldet sich zurück. Extrem schade und nicht zu empfehlen hier Geld auszugeben wenn es nicht geht.
Keine iPad Version…
Seit drei Jahren warte ich schon auf eine iPad Version….für Workouts und kochen viel besser als ein kleiner Handy Screen…
