THE BASICS:
1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. No artificial sweeteners, etc.
2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

Estupenda si estuviera en español
Somos un idioma de los más hablados en el mundo, no entiendo porque no hacen más aplicaciones en español.
Problemas en el iPad en modo apaisado
Por favor solucionar de una vez el problema de no poder ver los vídeos cuando giró el iPad para que se vea más grande. Siempre ha ido bien y ahora se corta.

Great workout plans, yummy recipes
The workout Plans are really great, most of them for free, and if you subscribe, you get access to all the recipes, which are really easy and delicious. I would like the option to change the language in the app to german…

I love Pam but…
The app constantly glitches. When it works, it’s great. But recently it just quits whenever I do anything more complicated than just browse the app information. I am paying for the premium subscription and am so disappointed I can’t use all the functions. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again… same problem. Thank you for the reply. I’ve checked and there is no update available according to the App Store for iOS. It doesn’t appear on my latest updates despite the actual profile for the app stating there was an update 6 days ago. I’ve reinstalled the app several times now too. I still can’t use the app well and will have to cancel my subscription at this rate.

Seitdem Pamela die Mailplans gemacht hat, habe ich Probleme mit den verschiedenen Optionen. Sie werden nicht angezeigt. Was ist falsch?
