THE BASICS:
1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients.
2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day. Most recipes are therefore quick, easy & ideal for take-away.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

Very helpful
I am a couch potato learning to plan my meals and workout and all that, this app is a huge help. It’s improving a lot and you can see the love put into it.
The only feature I think is lacking is an option to add all week’s planned meals to shopping cart at once, that would be very nice.
The price is ok. I’m very grateful with Pam since before the app because the workouts changed my overall mood and health specially in quarantine so it’s nice to return at least something where I can.

me encanta, tiene un montón de planes semanales que cambian según tiempo, dificultad y cambian cada semana, aparte son la gran mayoría gratis y eso es algo que no vemos seguido.
el tema de las recetas e información extra si es pago pero esta bien porque es su trabajo, lo que yo quiero son los ejercicios y esos son gratis así que yo estoy más que feliz porque podes ir cambiando de planes de entrenamiento y tenes un montón de opciones para elegir.
ya estaba cansada de que las apps de entrenamientos siempre era todo pago y nada gratis o hasta cierto día gratis y después pago, pero esta app esta buenísima porque tiene todo lo que busco 💘💘
