THE BASICS:
1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. No artificial sweeteners, etc.
2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

Quand est-ce que l’application sera en français ?
Cette appli est incroyable 🤩 le seul problème c’est qu’au niveau des langue on ne peut sélectionner que : Allemand ou Anglais. Avoir l’application en Français serait beaucoup plus simple pour moi, surtout au niveau du blog et des recettes. C’est pour cette raison que je ne passe pas à la version payante, j’y songerais quand l’application sera en français.

Love the app and use it every day! I’d love to check my progress in the app too! Weekly for sure helps with the “complete workouts check”, but seeing it monthly and through the year would be even more nice to keep continue it! Looking forward for more updates!

I’m just shocked. Yesterday I followed two 10-minute videos of HIIT and guess what? My mom told me my body was thinner! I am more than satisfied with the result! Frankly Pamela changed my life. ( but just at the sport otherwise the rest remained the same bruh🤣)

Wöchentliche Rezepte gibt es nicht mehr. Zu den neuen Rezepten in der App zählen auch die, die in den Büchern sind. Ziemlich blöd, wenn man diese dann auch gekauft hat. Mealplans werden auch nicht mehr gemacht. Anfangs wurde viel versprochen, aber nun lässt es doch nach.
