I was advised to buy an additional two-year extended warranty, totaling five years of coverage. However, the app only displays a one-year promotional warranty instead of the promised two years. After contacting customer service, they collaborated with the backend team, but the app still shows only one year of promotional warranty. For the past two weeks, customer service has reached out to me every alternate days sometime multiple times in a day to confirm that the promotional warranty is visible in their system, but it is not reflected in my app, preventing me from purchasing the extended warranty. Multiple times I have shared the screenshot via email to customer service, showing only the one-year promotional warranty alongside the one-year regular warranty being shown in the app. I also logged out and logged in to the app as advised, but the issue persists.
