This app is terrible - don’t use or trust them!  They make up reasons  why your money can’t be exchanged and hold your money before returning it to you. 

I needed to exchange money to send home whilst abroad. They advised of some reason why it wasn’t possible after taking my money. They didn’t return it when I requested a refund and advised maybe up to 5 days. 

This was a lot of money and required urgently.  All banks have the function to return money quickly - this one just doesn’t want to. I would rate them negative stars if I could. 

Avoid avoid avoid.  I still don’t know when I’m going to get my money back…

It's been long I have not done international transfer. I have used Panda Remit for the first time. Their process is simple, seamless and fast. Loved it.
There is a scope to improve on the customer service though. For example some representative assume the customer would know Chinese and they start messaging in Chineese language. Secondly they probably don't check the system properly before answering a query and just inform the standard timelines.
However overall I am very satisfied because Panda Remit has done the main job (i.e, transfer money) in a great way.
