เป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่ให้บริการสั่งซื้อหนังสือที่สำนักงานราชบัณฑิตยสภา จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ของสำนักงานราชบัณฑิตยสภา มีทั้งหนังสือเป็นเล่ม และหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (อีบุ๊ก) กว่า ๒๐๐ รายการ แบ่งเป็นพจนานุกรม สารานุกรม อนุกรมวิธาน อักขรานุกรม ศัพท์บัญญัติ หลักเกณฑ์ และทั่วไป แยกย่อยตามเนื้อหา ได้แก่ วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ประวัติศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ ภูมิศาสตร์ กฎหมาย ศาสนา ปรัชญา ภาษา ศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม และหลักเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ทางภาษา  นอกจากนี้ ยังมีบริการหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (อีบุ๊ก) อ่านฟรี เช่น วารสารราชบัณฑิตยสภาฉบับภาษาไทย และฉบับภาษาอังกฤษ หนังสือที่จัดพิมพ์ในวาระต่าง ๆ

- สามารถสั่งซื้อ และชำระเงินผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน โดยมีบริการจัดส่ง ในกรณีสั่งซื้อหนังสือเป็นเล่ม
- สามารถเพิ่มหนังสือที่สนใจไว้ในรายการโปรดได้
- มีระบบสมาชิก (Subscription) แบบรายเดือน หรือรายปี

“ปัณฑิโต” เป็นคำภาษาบาลี (อักษรโรมันคือ Pandito) หมายถึง บัณฑิต, ผู้มีความรู้ คำนี้ปรากฏในตราสัญลักษณ์ของสำนักงานราชบัณฑิตยสภา
