## PandoApp Reviews in United States

### *---- "Buffers"
The overall app layout is fine, but video playback needs serious work. Videos constantly stall, buffer, or jump backward 30–60 seconds mid-play. Frequently, the video freezes altogether. I've verified that my connection isn't the issue by testing across both strong Wi-Fi and 5G networks with no improvement.

### ***** "Love the app, just needs an update compatible for the most recent IOS software"
I fell in love with what all the Pando app had to offer when I was incarcerated. Since coming home I downloaded and at first it was working smoothly until I followed through with updating my IOS software. Now I can only watch a few seconds of a video before it stops and makes me have to exit out but I can never make it past the part when it stops. I hope the Developers are able to figure out this issue that I may continue utilizing this tool that God has so blessed many with.

### ***-- "How can our church put content on this app"

### ****- "Pls developers"
Is there anyway we can get the short film the 21 on here and the interview with the families its the most Christian thing ever

### ***** "Mother of Incarcerated Individual"
I am so thankful for this app. My son watches church services across the U.S. and now that I have it we can both watch and discuss. Thank you all for bringing Jesus to our friends and families in prisons.
-- Thankful1**, 2025-03-02

### ***** "Love Rob’s Encouragement!"
Really enjoyed the heartfelt message of Thankfulness from Pando’s Rob vid! Could Pando please include the Streetlights audio Bible on the app too? It has been such a blessing in my life to hear the Word read by our street Brothers and Sisters in Christ! Thank you!🌈🔥

### *---- "Sign in"
I am trying to create a new user account and it’s saying that an account already exists with that email however I didn’t put my email in. There is no button to push for forgotten sign in information. Very frustrating.

### ***** "Thank you!"
As a family member of someone behind bars who has been praying for a way to make this kind of app…I am so thankful for your app!!
-- Emily30559, 2024-10-18

### *---- "Very Disappointed"
My incarcerated son and I neither one can log on to this app. It accepted all our information but when attempting to log in it says our email and passwords do not match though we verified both before entering. I’ve also called the # in NV and had to leave a voicemail. I’m praying they return my call as my son relied heaving this app for the word of God as he does not have access to anything else at this time….nit even a Bible. Please help us Pando!!

### ***** "Great App > Suggestions to Improve for Prisons"
Overall, great app! Here are some suggestions to help make better in prison systems:

1.) Enable Captions (if unable to listen allowed in noisy room, or during quiet hours, ability to read and follow along with sermons would be invaluable)

2.) Enable Bible to read out loud. Currently can only read Bible, would be great to put the iPad down and listen like the sermons.

3.) Elevation sermons are mixed Spanish/English on the channel. Hard to see only English or only Spanish. Would be great if the feed could be clean so you see only English, or only Spanish, based on what you want to watch.

4.) Add Spanish Bible (NIV & KJV)
