FREE SOS, BEFORE SETUP Open SOS (Anchor) before setup, sign-in or payment. Read one line at a time, choose a bundled voice guide, or stay silent. Pause, move ahead, or switch between Ride the wave, Ground me and Breathe. Core SOS guidance works offline, with ocean sound and vibration controlled separately. Your chosen support contact is close at hand; calling or texting requires phone service. BREATHING AND GROUNDING Follow gentle breathing or choose grounding when focusing on your breath does not suit you. Save favorite tools and record whether something felt Helpful, Not sure or Felt harder. You can finish without rating or logging anything. SMALL STEPS, YOUR CHOICE Write an everyday intention or a goal in Get it back. Choose your own manageable step, note what you expect, give it a try and keep what you learned. Nori celebrates effort; you do not need a better mood or a calmer feeling to take part. You choose every step and when to try it. CHECK IN AND REFLECT Keep optional mood check-ins and journal notes. The Two-week check uses the GAD-7, a seven-question anxiety screening questionnaire, and keeps your own answers over time. It is not a diagnosis. TALK WITH NORI Optional AI chat offers a place to reflect or plan a next step. A consent screen explains sharing with OpenAI before you send. The free plan includes 15 messages a day. Nori+ adds unlimited chat and memory across conversations. YOUR SPACE, YOUR CHOICE Check-ins and journal entries are stored on your device and can sync through your personal iCloud when available. Your self-written steps and Two-week checks stay on your device. AI chat sends your messages and relevant context only after consent. Account and data deletion are available in the app. Nori+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The price, billing period and any eligible trial are shown before purchase.
