Het puntensaldo op mijn app is niet correct.  Dit komt niet overeen met de punten zoals vermeld bij de kassa.

Op mijn app staat meer dan 3000 punten terwijl dit in werkelijkheid het er ongeveer 1100 zijn.

Is reeds eerder gemeld maar voorlopig nog zonder gevolg

Mme - Mr bonjour , la pompe à carburant Q8 à Bouge ( NAMUR ) , ne prend pas l’application PANIOS ! Ils ont un très bel assortiment et un très bon débit ! Je sui de la région et ne peux donc pas utiliser votre application , p’tite déception ! ! ! Mme - Mr bonjour , re , le problème est identique à la pompe Q8 à Nannine ! Pourrais-je avoir un retour de votre part sur ce ( ces ) problèmes ? Merci .

Deux ans plus tard, l’application n’a pas évolué d’un poil. Toujours pas fonctionnelle dans les Panos à travers le pays, impossible de récupérer les points d’une carte physique sur l’application, le personnel des Panos déconseillent eux-mêmes de l’utiliser, c’est dire!!!! 
Promotions via des points, possibilités d’avoir des avantages, ça sent la poudre au yeux. Je suis déçu par la médiocrité d’une telle application.

Ik koop bijna elke dag een broodje en krijg niets van punten mits na het laten scannen van de barcode. Heb een volledig nieuw account geopend waarbij ik mijn vorige 110 punten ook kwijt ben. Deze app werkt niet volgens mij.

Ik ging gisteren naar panos Oostende station.toonde mijn panos kaart en ze beweerde dat ze niet kon scanne.
Kwam de andere verkoopster en zei dan je moet het manueel doen . Te laat zei ze dus geen punten gekregen .
Niet echt service hè !!! 
Dat is bijna 9€ punten gemist
