I don’t understand why when I made online payment via FPX it didn’t update my bill in realtime. My bank account already deducted but it is not reflected in the bill. It’s understandable if I were to use credit card but why cash online payment cannot be updated immediately?

If you want realtime update of your payment, pay at the counter.

This is a PATHETIC app badly in need of updating.

The invisible font problem during data entry had yet to be fixed after more than A YEAR. I’ve highlighted this to the hospital staffs themselves while visiting, and EVERYBODY simply NOODED KNOWINGLY AND QUIETLY. Seems it’s a KNOWN PROBLEM to the hospital, yet no action was taken to rectify this???!!!

Another 2 fatal flaws with the app is (1) inability to handle notifications of more than one appointments for a day, and (2) no way to manage appointments of your dependents. For example: I have an appointment on the same day my elderly father need to visit his doctor.

Come on, Pantai Penang! Own up the problem and fix the damned issues! In this era of CoVid and MCO, efficiencies in health care means EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!
