不能添加收款人
轉賬時，找來找去都沒有添加收款人功能，每次要自己輸入電話號碼，轉錯給別人風險增加。其他銀行app都有這個功能，唯獨這間銀行沒有。

點解冇得新增收款人、銀行戶口？ 仲有揀銀行列表點解冇得打號碼搜尋？
apps易用度設計非常差，FPS選擇其他銀行列表唔係跟號碼次序，竟然係跟英文字母，每次轉賬都搵餐死，點解唔索性整個號碼搜尋功能？仲有點解冇得新增常用收款人？搞到每次都要打號碼記餐死，我的帳號點解冇得睇「到目前為止賺取的利息」&「昨日賺取利息」究竟有幾多？個設計同傳統銀行有咩分別？乜鬼嘢都睇唔到。
依家開戶仲有無現金回贈啊？
