Making such not normal update with rewards Why I need to look always for papajohnes to get platinum membership to redeem pizza or point Bronze status has only dry bread for reward Can you go use your points with you rules Deleting the app immediately

Cold food

Papa johns pizza lately was not good at all food it comes cold and and delivery late and they are not generous with sauce at all specially the ranch chicken pizza

Points not recoverable

I used this app earlier and accumulated some points. Now when installing the app on a new phone, I am told that I will receive an email and follow the instructions in it. No such email ever arrives so cannot recover the points. Will not use this app again.

What a great quality at such a great price. We enjoyed the food and the convenience of ordering through the app. We were in the mall when we ordered on the app. Before we could reach the papa john’s outlet, we got notified of the order awaiting pick up. Great job! We enjoyed the food thoroughly.
