The filters on the app don’t work properly and it’s hard finding clients closer than 30 miles away. -- Doggy 27, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "Slow app" The app is slow and when you go to the website its slow as well, which prevents you from signing up. App needs to be updated. -- !mt, 2024-12-30 ### **--- "The Papa Pal app has significant usability issues" The Papa Pal app has significant usability issues that make it frustrating to use. It frequently fails to recognize my phone number, forcing me to re-enter information repeatedly. The app also requires me to redo training and checklists I’ve already completed, which wastes time and creates unnecessary delays. Additionally, the background check process appears to be stuck, preventing progress. To make matters worse, the support chatbot provides irrelevant or unhelpful responses, making it difficult to resolve issues. Overall, the app feels unreliable and poorly maintained, which undermines its purpose and usability. -- Jdavies804, 2024-12-27 ### ***** "Happy Giver!" I love this app. Papa pal has been a great help in my journey. Having the opportunity to help others in need, every day. -- Maruja PANDA, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Unable to complete application" The videos overlap the “continue” button so at a certain point you cannot even continue through the application. Please fix. -- Uhxash, 2024-12-10 ### **--- "Can not move forward" I like the idea of the app in helping the elderly in our community, but I really do not like that all of my personal information was just gathered and at the final step I’m unable to proceed. Please fix this issue or have a representative reach out regarding this matter. -- the_detox_goddess, 2024-12-09 ### ***-- "Frustrating app" Unable to complete the application on the app. I had so many issues. I’m so frustrated with the process -- Tina7872, 2024-11-04 ### ***** "Excellent Job Experience" I love to help people, and I am pleased to be part and help others. I love clean, I love the way they need help, I love that they stay in contact with me just to have a coffee or have a good conversation. God bless the person that creates this program for the elderly. -- liluzcar45, 2024-10-31 ### *---- "Poor customer service" Chatbox only. The application tabs do not work. Long wait for the response to your issues. -- .M.J.2, 2024-10-26 ### *---- "Not worth your time or effort!" Complete waste of time. I suspect the purpose was to collect all my information. Not one booking. Terrible response time and on top of that “Andrew” kept texting me trying to convince me to join…uh hellloo!!! I’ve been signed up with you guys without a single visit for months!! -- TooNice123, 2024-10-03 [View all Papa Pal reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Papa Pal Discovered Keywords - find flexible work - care pal - elderly care - papa pal --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
