Paperless is a simple but powerful app for making lists. Use it to create to do lists, make grocery lists, take notes, write an outline of a story, prepare notes for a presentation, make a list of gift ideas, plan a vacation... or anything else you'd want to make a list for.

Assign a fun icon to each of your lists - there are over 450 to choose from. You can also select from 30 themes to customize the app's design to your liking.

Paperless is easy to use with a clean, elegant and well thought out interface. Each list can either be a checklist or a regular list without checkboxes, making a wide variety of uses possible.


REALLY HELPS YOU GET THINGS DONE

For checklists and todo lists, many people prefer using Paperless over traditional "getting things done" apps - or, they use it in addition to one. There are no due dates or priority settings, so you're left to focus on the actual tasks at hand, rather than waste time changing those settings when your priorities change. Instead, if a particular task becomes important, you can simply move it to the top of the list.

I have been using this app for years and recommend to all to keep track of so many different kinds of information -passwords, lists, etc. The app has many helpful features like folder creation, bullet or non bullet lists, etc. It is much better than apple’s Notes app for keeping track of information you want to save long term.

Been using this for years and love it, but there was a glitch last night and years of hard work which was supposed to be backed up, is gone. I had to start over. This is just terrible. I have tried many things to retrieve it, sign in etc. but they seem to be gone. I don’t pay for the upgraded back up, but I did sign up for the free back up and the upgraded Paperless app.

I agree with Robkonw from a 3 years ago review that I just keep coming back to this app. I've tried dozens of list apps and this one is the best by far. I get lazy and give up lists for periods of time then retry and this is always the one that I end up choosing. It is so intuitive, so simple, yet so powerful. I love everything about it. I find it very useful and comforting to have the Dropbox sync to XML where I can occasionally download my lists to my computer for safekeeping just in case (god forbid) this app ever goes away. So many apps either don't provide a sync/backup option or the backup format is proprietary and you can't even keep your own data outside of the app. Plus it hasn't been ruined by being forced to monthly subscriptions. So thank you very much!

This is the most useful app I have on my phone. It keeps track of my life and thoughts. I could not live without this app!! Unfortunately, after 4 years it won’t let me add anything to my lists or make new lists!! I don’t know what to do. I’ve bought a journal to keep track of things but i really miss Paperless! I only deducted one star because it was really great for years!
