This app needs more user research

I loved using Paperless Post!!! I cannot believe how easy it was to design and send my invites. And all for free!! Unreal!!

Wedding invite nightmare

Used this app for wedding invites. First of all, half of the people we emailed our cards to said they never received them, even though it showed they opened their cards in our app. Had to resend personalized links to all those guests. This caused a huge delay in our planning. Many guests told us they had glitches while choosing dinner options in our personalized Questions resulting in dinner options being submitted twice, sometimes several times, which then made our final tally of different meal selections all wrong. Thankfully I noticed this and corrected it myself when submitting numbers to the restaurant. All the extra following up we had to do with our guests over email or text made this App just a huge waste of TIME AND MONEY! This app caused us nothing but aggravation and disappointment. Thanks ‘Useless Post’ for causing us a huge headache around our wedding.

Beautiful but faulty

Beautiful cards but I keep getting error messages with my drafts. They won’t open back up for me to complete, so don’t know how reliable it will be. Was really hoping after some time it would be fixed, but I won’t be able to use this program.

Overall good

But it often freezes and I have to restart the app for some functionalities to work.

Beautiful template but doesn’t work

I downloaded the app for my daughter‘a birthday. After finished the design and I saved the draft, I got error message “Sorry, something went wrong.” and not able to go back to the draft anymore. I tried to restarted the app and reinstalled the app. None of these works. I got the same error message even I want to make another one from scratch. I spent all night trying to figure this out and nothing has sent yet. Now I am back to my old way sending out text messages like I used to. Completely waste of time!!!

Took my money

I was very excited to use this app for my engagement party invitations. I purchased 200 coins, even have the receipt and proof that the payment went through, however, the app has not given me my coins. I payed over $50 and got nothing in return. Very disappointed.

Quite easy to use but I’d like ti know how I can change the venue & address on the original invitation .

Cannot change an incorrext email

The app doesn’t let you change an email address that was wrong. You have to delete then add again and pay again.

Difficult to send a birthday card

Everything comes up as an invitation, despite my repeated searching for birthday cards. Does not save work. Had to rewrite my card several times. Overall, very user-unfriendly!
