I was very excited to use this app for my engagement party invitations. I purchased 200 coins, even have the receipt and proof that the payment went through, however, the app has not given me my coins. I payed over $50 and got nothing in return. Very disappointed.
Quite easy to use but I’d like ti know how I can change the venue & address on the original invitation .
The app doesn’t let you change an email address that was wrong. You have to delete then add again and pay again.
Everything comes up as an invitation, despite my repeated searching for birthday cards. Does not save work. Had to rewrite my card several times. Overall, very user-unfriendly!
Great site , good price. Pretty style. Easy to use web design. Had some issues updating text on iPhone chrome, used my laptop and it worked. I use this product for most all invitations I send now!
I wish more cards were printed out like in the past, but regardless they are allll sooo beautiful. Only reason for less stars is because the app is quite buggy!
The site and app are a bit cumbersome to navigate. Not ultra intuitive like you’d expect in 2024. Still fine and beautiful designs. Great prices
Some names were saying issue and not letting me add makes it a bit frustrating
The app was easier to use about a year ago. It’s difficult to find the right content for a card now. It seems to default to invitations and events. Editing is difficult and preview is not available during the process. I haven’t figured out how to get the recipients name on the envelope so have stopped using one.
It’s still great for making a card, but now for some reason when you open up an invite, it takes you to their website. Makes the app pointless. I also have to restart it several times to get it to load.
