Great Service and Convenient Way to Send Invites
I have used PP for 10 plus years. The service allows me an easy and effective way to communicate to groups of folks. Thank you for making my life easier.
Conned
I feel so ripped off. $23 to send an invite via text. I made the invite myself (not inside this app). I got all the way through the process (who invited, invite words etc) and THEN it tells me amount due. Yet the cost (in their “coins”) was very low thru the whole setup process so I was lulled into thinking - oh this is reasonable. And then BAM - sorry sucker. Argh! I hit send cuz Im not gonna waste my time twice. But Im annoyed.
Powerful, pricey, and could be easier to use.
They’ve tried everything they can to make it as simple as you can, but with new SMS rules it is very difficult to bulk contacts with phone numbers. But once you do it, you can reuse them so it’s a good solution. The style editing needs work. You don’t know if you’re supposed to go back or save or hit the exit button, but I can't figure it out.
SO AMAZING
This made doing my wedding save the dates a BREEZE! So easy to use! Highly recommend for a way to save money and your sanity when wedding planning !

I love it easy and very cute designs
Love Paperless Post, but their app is lacking.
I am a long time customer of Paperless Post, and a major advocate for their website. I use it regularly. The app I tend to avoid. Editing is complex on the app, searching designs is not nearly as easy as it is on the website, and adding guests is fine, but a little convoluted. I pretty much only use the app to track my event RSVPs, add more people to my list if I’ve forgotten someone, and I will use it to send messages & reminders. The last part is the easiest to navigate. But the app could be better. Hard for me to pinpoint how, but suffice it to say, make your invites on their website!

iPad app
The iPad app does not work that well.
Bad interface
Hard to send a card. App defaults to invite even when card is selected. CONFUSING! I’m going to send a separate text saying no invite, just a birthday wish in case it goes through as an invite. EMBARRASSING!
