It could do with OCR for scanning recipe cards
This app helps me keep my recipes organised and when I am at the store getting h the ingredients, I can double check them as the app is always with me! I also like that you can edit the recipe which can make all the difference when you have made a recipe a few times.
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks, I love how easy it is to save favourite recipes. No longer need to bookmark web sites this app keeps them all to hand. Brilliant 😊
This is a fantastic app. It has any functionality you can think of and more.
Go for it
Downloaded it, once it took my data it would not allow me to use the app. Kept saying it has sent a code it hasn’t and to get help from the help centre I need to be logged in. Absolutely ridiculous.
It’s become an integral part of my families cooking and shopping for years, but doesn’t feel like it’s developed. I would love to see widgets for groceries for example.
Absolutely brilliant recipe app. The way you can search and download recipes with just a few taps is magic! Highly recommended.
I love this app, it is very simple to add recipes from almost any website, and it also supports meal planning and grocery shopping. It has any feature you could need and I highly recommend it.
I really like the app, but I downloaded it thinking there would be a few functionalities that are missing. 1. Generating a shopping list based on your chosen recipes is nice, but I was really hoping once in your grocery list it would have the option to remove items or figure out amounts you don’t need based on your pantry list. So if your grocery list requires 500g butter, but you already have half a tub at home, it will amend to only needing 250g so you can make the most of what you already have. The worst part is revisiting your pantry to figure out what you have. 2. Nested Recipes. I would like to dynamically reference another recipe and then it calculates everything o need for my shopping list based on both. For example: I have a recipe for tex mex tacos, I have another for homemade wraps, the tacos need the wraps to be made and therefore will need ingredients for both. 3. Needs more customisation, would be nice for it to be more visually intuitive, customising colours etc. 4. Being able to search based on an ingredient rather than just categorisation. E.g, show me only recipes using the beef in my pantry. 5. Dynamic amounts where you can select the type (grams, litres) and the number from a slider like in my fitness pal.
