Remek app lenne! Ám ez a csatlakozás a szerverhez dolog nem az erőssége! És épp akkor kell rá várni több percet, amikor sürgős lenne a riasztórendszer élesítése, vagy hatástalanítása. Van olyan is néha, hogy jól működik!
Az ajánlott beállításokat elvégeztem a belső hálózaton, csak az IP150+ modult nem tudom frissíteni, még az 5.xxxx van.

More functions would be needed in the application. Modern devices use widgets to enable or disable the function with one button. The connection through the application is very weak, despite the fact that the alarm is placed under a cable connection. During the alarm, the telephone tone does not work on any telephone device. The phone sends a notification, but the alarm sound does not start.

Since the last upgrade, it does not connect to the server at all. Test before release, get an integration and a ux/ui expert. This app is for alarm systems, not cooking receipts. Treat it that way.

That's about it. When choosing the alarm system it was important to have a remote control app. Now it doesn't. The dealer doesn't know what's wrong, the support doesn't respond. I think I have to replace the whole system.

Usually the push messages are stuck on your screen (iphone).
It is very disturbing to use this app like it is an app for protection. You don’t know it is an old or a new one message.
The support cannot support this problem. I’d more conversation with them. What a shame.

Az egy dolog hogy a kaputelefon csak arra jo jogy lefenykepezze azt aki elmegy elotte de a  telefon funkciojat nem latja el 10 bol 9 alkalommal, a legnagyobb problema az hogy elofizet az ember nem keveset es amikor igazan kellene, nyilvan nem mukodik, ami 10 bol 5 szor minimum problema, igy ez a biztonsagi rendszer nem nevezheto annak amig ez nem mukodik megbizhatoan, főleg nem apple termekekkel. 
Vegyenek mar fel egy hozzaerto embert aki meg is tudja csinalni, igy ez egy centet nem er. Az applikaciobol nem lehet visszajelzest kuldeni nyilvan, azert is irok ide.

App often drops connection to the server. Compared to insite gold, it is much worse (insite gold was not good either, but this one..)
And another thing: People are more educated these days and you decide to put the new installation behind installer menu. Come on.. the more cnfigurable your app is, the better trust you can build with end users. People tend to let strange integrators less in their private homes.. You can configure much more with other systems...

Paradox and its medieval technology is simply not suitable for anything after landlines and good for nothing sec firms. Internet connection is extremely unreliable, connection loss with Swan and/or panel is frequent (while the phone still receives push notifs but cannot control the panel from the app). The whole hardware AND the software altogether adds up to sum zero. Do yourself a favour and buy ANYTHING but Paradox.
