I was using Paradox products for more than 10 years and during this period I was recommending it to multiple persons. My mistake was that I was living in my bubble and refused to accept that other brands are years away, not only from the technology point of view but also from client approach. The growing problems in the last 1-2 years made me reconsider. In the end I have decided to come back to the present and move away from Paradox. And I also recommend you to assess the market before taking a decision. Don’t take these old brands for granted anymore.

Am instalat pe multe sisteme ( sunt instalator ) si o mare parte din  clienti au probleme de conectare . O perioada de timp merge totul ok, dupa care sunt alte perioade in care iti pare rau ca ai recomandat altora produsele Paradox . Pacat ca in peste 15 ani de cand instalez Paradox , nu au avansat in tehnologie aproape deloc. Alte firme sunt deja la ani distanta . Faceti ceva , angajati tineri cu viziune sau macar copiati chinezariile ( vezi Hikvision, Dahua) etc . Pacat ,

I had allready two systems and I use Inside Gold , however when I want to add the new one it send me to this app.
I have downloaded and import the others of my addresses, still for the 3 th one S/N board not working.
If I have to pay first why is not a button to direct me there in your app.
Please contact me, I have pay a lot of money for your devices and you change in worse with this upgrades

It is awful. You have to try 3-4 times in order to connect to the device to arm or disarm. Insite Gold connects much-much faster. It is ridiculous for such a company to not be able to create a reliable app
