I love using this app to watch the Sonic 2 movie. I have one suggestion: Can you please add Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom, and re-add Alvin and the Chipmunks? I love watching that on Netflix. Could you please add it to the app? That’s all I suggest. And…………..THANK YOU FOR THE APP!!!! 😀😃😇😊

Worst customer service and policy when we ask to them cancel the subscription and ask for any refund. Make sure active the service only if required. It hard to cancel or impossible to get any refund.

You need to get your system figured out. I bought a one year subscription, I have 2 confirmation emails saying I bought the subscription and a credit charge confirming the purchase. Why can’t I access the app on my Xbox. It just keeps telling me to purchase the subscription again. I’ve tried all the options and nothing. What am I missing?

It seems they’re more interested in your money than working on the bugs. In addition, when you pay to not have commercials on the non- live broadcasts, you still get bombarded with stupid Paramount + commercials. I’m already a customer so these are very annoying and unnecessary!

I love your app, it’s a great one. I like some of the shows there. However, I use voice over, and it seems not really accessible. also, when I try to get up on the video to restart it, or change to audio description, it gets stuck. I close the app, and we open it. And steel stuck on video. I would appreciate if you guys can fix it. Thanks, and keep making the upgrade.

Still the worst streaming service out of all of them. It’s mind-boggling because Paramount is a gigantic company. I’ve never encountered as many errors with playback interruptions and excessively long repetitive ads that I’ve already had to watch because the service gets interrupted. I’ve given them over a year before I left additional bad feedback and they’ve clearly done nothing about it.

I completed the payment for my subscription after updating my payment plan; however, I am unable to access the application as it continuously prompts me to update my payment information. Despite having successfully made the payment and signing out of the application completely, I am still unable to watch my shows. I have sent multiple inquiries to the support team regarding this issue but have yet to receive any response. This experience has been exceedingly disappointing.

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love this app and all the shows that I watch here are not available anywhere else but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING PUT BACK THE NICK SHOWS YOU REMOVED!! I am absolutely devastated about the removal of SO many shows I got the app for, for them just to be removed. Blues room and Oobi especially. You genuinely can’t watch them anywhere else unless you pay BIG bucks for it and Paramount+ has all my other favorite shows so that’s just overkill. Paramount+ was genuinely the ONLY place you would watch Blues room. The Upside down shoe you can still watch on Youtube but who knows? Someone will eventually copyright them and they’ll have to take it down. A part of my childhood is very hurt of these shows being removed as Ni Hao Kai Lan was one of my absolute favorite shows as a kid. I’d it’s not a lawsuit thing I BEG of you all to PLEASEE put those shows back! Blues room especially! You can’t have everything Blue related and NOT have Blues room! It ruins the flow, You can take off anything that’s NOT Nickelodeon related but please I genuinely beg of the whole production team, bring back the Nick shows you removed. (P.S. please never remove Victorious or Escape from Mr.Lemoncellos library! You can’t get the whole things anywhere else!) I hope you read this and take this into serious consideration!
