I’ve just signed up for the Basic package -with Ads- so I can see whether this is a service we do want to stream. I’ve tried to watch 2 different shows, but with both of them they went to a break -which was dead air, zero actual ads- then never resumed. Just a black screen, then eventually my tv returned me to the standby screen. I gave 1 star for the programming catalogue. Looks great, if only I could actually watch the programmes. I’ve never had this issue with any other streaming service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Please keep up with the times and if Paramount makes a movie Please put it up here and also I went here thinking the Addams family movie was here. Even Apple TV where you buy your movies, thanks It is on Paramount+ but it isn’t. Also, sonic the hedgehog which Paramount made at least a year ago isn’t out onto Paramount+ even though movies and TV shows that are more recent are. Pls fix it. bye your disappointed user

Constant 5304 Fatal Errors (what does that even mean? No indication on your “help” page) makes watching live events almost impossible. No matter where or when I try the 5304 is my constant annoying companion.

For starters, shows and movies that contain non-English scenes don’t have the hardcoded captions to show you what’s being said. Turning on subtitles doesn’t fix this either. Ive noticed it in both Landman and Tokyo Drift, as well as Lioness (which ironically had the captions, but in Spanish). 
Secondly, if you start a live A League game, it often will just play the Paramount+ logo non stop without streaming the game, until you close it and restart it. 
These issues are both on the mobile app and PS5 app.

I only signed up so I could watch Yellowjackets season 2. I signed in to paramount on my Google chrome. It crashes approximately every 20 minutes and shows an error message, and then it doesn’t keep my place and goes back to the start of the episode when I reload it and sometimes it goes to a completely different episode! This doesn’t happen with any of my other subscriptions. It’s only paramount that malfunctions like this, so I know it’s not my setup that’s causing it. I only gave two stars because it’s the only one that has Yellowjackets season 2! Otherwise it would be 1 or zero. Will be cancelling as soon as another platform gets yellowjackets or as soon as season 3 is finished. Can’t believe I’m actually paying for this. It’s terrible and a complete waste of money unless there’s a specific show or movie that they have that no other platform does.

I downloaded a few series and movies to get entertained during a long flight, but to my surprise despite having downloaded content the app doesn’t work when my device is offline! It just keeps loading and never opens. Tried force closing the app and even rebooting my iPad but I couldn’t watch my download content because the app wouldn’t open when my device was offline. Very disappointing
