Tried to open today and all I get is a black screen with a play button and a line through it. Tried to download again and still the same. Don’t know what’s happening as it worked fine last week.  As update?? Please fix it!!

I absolutely love the content of this streaming app, but hate the app itself. It frequently freezes and/or crashes so that it’s an ordeal to watch some things. I’ve tried uninstalling then re-installing but it’s still awful. Other streaming apps are working well so it’s the Paramount+ app itself that’s at fault sadly

The app is good but, I keep seeing the same old movies from ages ago on the app. Can you remove them and get new and better movies. I don’t wish to pay for these lame movies on the app!! That never leave to  accommodate new movies.

### **--- "iPhone app won’t go full screen"
Paramount really does have a great selection of shows and movies but the app is just not doing the content any justice at all.

Watching a movie on an iPhone and it won’t won’t allow me to go full screen meaning I have to watch with these huge black borders making the screen smaller and less enjoyable to watch. 

Please provide a fix for this as it would make all the difference!

I bought an annual subscription which I regret, despite being cheap , Prime and Netflix have a better variety and quality and newer films and series to compare. Paramount + on the basic price have too many adds that makes the viewer unable to concentrate on the film / action / storyline. A ploy to get to upgrade. With a £30 difference for an annual subscription. £70 for watching old reruns that you can get for free in Freeview (a part from a TV licence you have to pay for anyways). Yes, there’s Yellowstone and Dexter but after these than what for the remaining of the year? Of course there’s a few new series we don’t even know if they’ll continue or get the hatch which is so famous on Netflix these days, for one of the reasons I had hoped to change over to Paramount +. Prime is actually the winner in variety, price and quality even if I’m not keen on the user interface (UI) with content management or personalised content recommendations, where Netflix is the winner. Sorry Paramount + UK you got a year to up your game or be chopped from my viewing.

App functions most of the time but bit of a jumble sale to navigate and poster images take a while to load at times. Navigating to the video that you’ve already seen or half seen is really clunky. Not as robust and responsive as Prime or Netflix but better than Now TVs app
