The app reminded me today that I have been a user of the app for more than 10 years. Why have I stayed using the same app for all these years - simple really, it works and it works well. I send and receive parcels across a number of carriers, both domestic and international and the only carrier it didn’t recognise was a local one that had such a difficult interface on its own page I had trouble using their page to track parcels. I have only asked for help a couple of times and the response was relatively quick. I buy from apple and their orders are tracked just from the order number- so easy. I would and do recommend use of the app to any and every one I think could benefit from either the free or paid version. Truly surprised this app hasn’t been picked up by apple as it ticks all the boxes for simplicity, elegance of use and multifunctional across carriers.

This is a great app for tracking parcels. It will track all types of shipments. From different shipping companies. When you put in the tracking number it will automatically enter in the shipping company. Use it all the time

Simple, no nonsense, always works well

Started off fine and was tracking my parcels within New Zealand fantastic for a week. Now when I add parcels I get not up-to-date tracking information, delivery confirmation or anything at all. I have to use my native carriers website again!

I think this could actually be the first app review I have ever given. I have used this app for years and it is just so good that I felt I needed to leave a review. Tracking updates are super accurate and map is really helpful which is often missing on the official carrier websites. Free plan is awesome and you can use basically the whole app without any restrictions. Recently I joined premier for $5/year (so cheap) more out of gratitude to the developers of the app for making such a good app. Push notifications are helpful but I loved the app regardless. Great value, great coverage, beautiful simple user interface. Parcel app is a shining example of what a really great iOS app should be.

It’s one word - fantastic. Works with every national and international courier, parcel, freight and mail service seamlessly. If they don’t appear have a supplier just email them and within 24 Hrs they’ve added it. Better yet it’s FREE. If your an average Mum or Dad and only get a courier every so often the free option is perfect. Allows 3 items tracked and history kept. If your a business/ home business or frequent online shopper like I am - they have an unlimited plan which has fantastic features & is priced very reasonably. It includes alerts, Amazon integration, calendar integration. And it’s only $4. And that’s for a full a year not a month! When I had my home biz I thought it was the best bargain out there. Makes keeping track of customer orders a cinch instead of a nightmare. Highly recommend for everyone: 10/10

This has been a lifesaver when trying to track incoming and outgoing deliveries for personal or work. Well worth upgrading to pro too - brilliant
