A great app & easy to use
Very difficult to login. Difficult to use. Just poor in general
What a useless app. Am repeatedly typing in my tracker barcode and it searches for something that I didn’t type in. Don’t download.
My package was picked up on August 8th, and I was told it would be delivered by August 14th, but it was never delivered. I've inquired several times and was always told to wait 1-2 days for a response, but I never received one. When I filed a claim, the package status was updated to "Courier to Reattempt - Unable to get within Geofence," and my claim was then canceled. The key issue is that my address is a house, and there is no geofence. I also have CCTV footage from that day showing that no one ever came. This is a very poor company.
PERFECT WITH FAIR PRICE
Not easy to add delivery instructions. False info is given on the help page. They tell you you can use the live chat to share delivery instructions for your address and they will send them to the depo but this is not true. I used live chat and they told me to contact the sender and ask them to contact Parcel2Go. I asked if I could talk to a supervisor or manager and complain about the false info on the help page and the agent said no, only the sender could send a complaint. Absolutely laughable customer service, very unhelpful and convoluted just to do something very simple so I am leaving a bad review as this seems to be the only way I can feedback on this poor experience with the company. Why tell me to use the live chat to share my delivery instructions if the agent just tells me to ask the sender?? Bizarre

Keeps asking repeat questions. I have been an hour just trying to send a simple parcel through the Post Office. I hope it gets better. Now it won’t accept my comments!
