Awful service, awful app, no one to speak to. All round terrible experience and I still haven’t got my parcel.

App just crashes on opening EVERY time

It’s about as useful as their Horizon software. There is nothing on this app that functions and is useful. The whole outfit - Paula Vennells and her cronies - are fit only for prosecution.

Have been trying to Register on the app as one of the drivers completely ignored me talking to them through my Ring doorbell and just walked off and put the parcel back in his van and drove off!! Constantly getting the “there is an error” message which, from looking at other reviews, has been going on for over 3 years!!! That is absolutely awful customer service , sort it out ParcelForce! App deleted, waste of time

Not much more to say really. Utterly rubbish app. Assume it hasn’t been updated properly in ages.

Tried umpteen times to register so that I could update my delivery preferences but each time I received an error message advising me to try again later. I have just viewed more than a few reviews for the app with most saying how poor it is. I fully agree. Some of the reviews have responses from Parcelforce saying that they are aware of issues registering on the app and that they are working on it. These responses are from 2 years ago - yes, 2 years and they haven’t fixed the app yet. What a shambles!!! 25/3/24 - just tried again and still the same problem. Apalling. They need to dump the app and start again.

They need to start again. It’s absolutely hopeless. Asks user to register but you can’t. I deleted and reinstalled and managed to register. Makes no difference, it’s still not possible to track a parcel. What’s the point of the app if you can’t track?
