ParcelTrack integrates all of your shipments from over 50 delivery services into a single app. Free Push-Notifications keep you up to date with your delivery status. The ParcelTrack Inbox makes it even more convenient to track your packages.

• Push notifications - ParcelTrack sends free push notifications, so you know when your package is being delivered.

• Delivery forecast – For all delivery services that support this service, ParcelTrack lets you know when your delivery is scheduled. So far DHL, DPD, Fedex, and UPS provide delivery forecasts.
• Live tracking: Keep track of the delivery van via GPS in real time. (Premium)

• Who has my package: If your shipment has been left with your neighbor, ParcelTrack tells you who has your package. (Premium)

• Automatic carrier detection – When you enter a tracking number ParcelTrack automatically detects the delivery service associated with this number, making it even more convenient for you to keep track of your delivery.

• ParcelTrack Inbox – No need to enter long tracking numbers by hand: Each ParcelTrack user is assigned a random user ID and an email inbox. When you send an email to your inbox, our server conveniently extracts the tracking ID contained and adds the parcel to your account. Simply forward delivery notifications from online shops like Amazon to your ParcelTrack Inbox. ParcelTrack will add the respective shipment to your ParcelTrack account keep you up to date the progress of your delivery.

• ParcelTrack Archive: Store all delivered packages in your ParcelTrack Archive which gives you an overview of all your delivered shipments.

• Push notifications: Organize your push notifications to according to your preferences. ParcelTrack lets you decide how you wish to be notified. (Premium)

• Barcode Scanner: Shipping your own packages? Simply scan the barcode of your shipment to add it even faster and more convenient to your ParcelTrack account. (Premium)

App no longer tracks packages

Has this app been abandoned by the developers? My app no longer tracks packages. The last package I was able to track was on 5-28-2024. Please update this app.

They Lost My Account

I cannot log in, I cannot reset password, I cannot reach tech support or customer service, this was not what you normally consider “money well-spent” They seem to not be able to track China Post even though they advertise doing so. I tried it for other services such as DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and they were ok but it sometimes would only show me 1 package at a time as if it was limiting my paid account to the trial access. I wish I never paid for this app, it doesn’t work on everyone’s phone (iPhone 14 Pro Max not compatible)

No Tracking

I’ve had this app for quite a few years now, and it no longer tracks my packages. No matter which courier the app does not show any tracking information at all. Can we get an update?

Can not track FedEx package

The app can’t track FedEx packages

Disappointing

This app used to be awesome. FedEx and DHL will not show any data. UPS and USPS is a 40/60 shot of working.

Doesn't make sense

Every time I do this I put th3 tracking info in AND nothing shows until it's delivered. I have no idea where it's at or when it's going to get here. How do you find out where it's At?????)

FedEx doesn’t work anymore

Does great with UPS, but hasn’t been able to track FedEx for almost a year now. They must have stopped support for this app.

Used to be reliable

I’ve happily used this app for years, but its become unusable for FedEx shipments which makes up a majority of my shipments. Unfortunate because they interface was nice to use and I appreciated the mapping feature.

Scam app

I paid for the pro version of and have had it for over three years and FedEx hasn’t worked for at least two years. That’s right, one of the big three couriers is literally not supported in this app. How can that be possible? This app is a scam.
