## Parent Admin Description
Making life easier for nursery and pre-school parents to communicate with their nursery.

Parents can send notifications directly to the nursery requesting any booking pattern changes, extra sessions, changes to emergency contact details, new allergy requirements, etc. The Nursery can also send notifications to parents keeping them up to date with emergency closures, newsletters, etc.

This app allows parents to keep their children’s registration form details up-to-date including collection passwords, emergency contacts, permissions, consents and much more.

We also allow parents to view all their invoices to date and see all payments made to their children’s account. This also reduces any confusion of how much is outstanding on their account.

Booking patterns clearly displayed for all current and future sessions enabling the parent to see exactly when their children are scheduled to be attending the nursery.

Funding (HMRC) eligibility codes can be kept up to date to ensure the parents don’t miss out on any funding claims.

This app is designed to give parents access to parent admin on the go on any device, anytime, anywhere.

This app isn’t too bad once you’re in but it won’t accept auto fill-in of log in details, and when I do manually put in my email address and password it says ‘your email and password cannot be blank’ so it fails at the first hurdle when you can’t even log in. Terrible!!

Two recommendations to take this app from 3* Star to 4* star rating.

1) Please can the developers add faceID to the login screen?

It is (unfortunately) the difference between an app being used or not used nowadays.

2) Please can you enable user to configure push notifications? This would be a very convenient enhancement.

The major issue with this app is so many bugs. Please fix bugs and make it user friendly. The app would be less stressful without all these bugs and having to constantly resubmit everything. It also needs a stay logged in feature or facial recognition. After a few mins away from the app I have to keep logging in with all my details. So frustrating

Awful app, looks outdated and unuser friendly - gutted our nursery has switched from the fantastic Famly app to this one. You have to log in every time you open it, which I haven’t seen on an app before showing how dated this is. Some pages don’t open properly. Web browser version is a better but still poor overall. Clearly a cheaper option rather than being better for anyone.

My child’s nursery has gone from one app to this one and all I can say is what a mistake! 

The app is buggy, it doesn’t allow you to type long messages without it jumping all over the place so you can’t see what you’re typing. When you eventually do find it you can’t send the message. 

Trying to make home observations requires visiting the website - what’s the point in having an app if you can’t have the full experience? 

Can’t view invoices as I’d like to.

It’s a clunky, frustrating experience from start to finish.

This is possibly the worse app I’ve ever used. It really isn’t fit for purpose. I had to try about 10 times to submit my registration details. I’m still not sure what I finally did to accept. It asks so many questions that just aren’t relevant and the company has no business asking. The app doesn’t seem to fit properly on a phone screen, I had to use the up and down arrows to navigate through each field in the form as I couldn’t scroll up and down the screen. And most importantly, there seems to be no way to request a set pattern of childcare - isn’t that supposed to be the whole point of the app?
Sorry, my child could design a better app than this.
