Wake windows not working
Hi, Please can you review the app, the “Wake Window” has been 2 -2.5 hours since our LO turned 6 months and she is now 8 months. I have mailed the support team a few weeks ago but no response. We really like to use the app and but have started to lose trust in the proposed routine.
App not working
Used the app with my first baby but can’t acces the app now even though my subscription is valid until November. Already uninstalled and re-installed the app and it’s still not working
Cannot imagine not having this App
Having read the Baby sense book during pregnancy and now using the App after the birth of our daughter makes life so much easier. Being sleep deprived and not having the capacity to plan or keep track of feedings and sleep, the App takes care of that for you. The weekly videos and articles are so informative and right on point of what we are dealing with. Love the suggestions for stimulation and activities to bond with our little one. The App is user friendly and just a pleasure to use. Must have!
App glitches
The app keeps kicking me out and freezing, despite any other issues and my software being up to date. Now it won’t let me login at all even though I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again.
Outstanding
Parent Sense is an outstanding app that I wholeheartedly recommend to fellow parents. The age-appropriate content is consistently excellent, providing valuable insights into developmental goals through weekly videos. The drip-feed approach makes the information more memorable. The app's functionality for tracking sleep and feeding timing is great, and the routine feature is fantastic for anticipating your baby's needs. The solid food section is absolutely phenomenal, offering detailed guidance and timing. Overall, Parent Sense has everything a parent needs – from sleep tips to play ideas. I couldn't be more impressed; this app is truly fantastic.
This App Changed My Life!
I love this app. Meg Faure’s courses, that one can do in the app, are incredible. She really held me as a new mom by teaching me to look out for my baby’s cues. The new Chatbot, Aiah, is however a complete game changer! I chat to her a couple of times a day, asking her all sorts of things- her replies are spot on and take all my anxiety away.
A fantastic App for moms of little babies
The app is fantastic for all moms with babies under the age of 1. You will have access to all the baby information that you can think of. Aiah is the new added Chatbot on the app that can answer most questions on demand. It’s like having an OT and dietitian in the palm of your hand. I still ask questions relating to my kids and they are actually almost 2 years old and 6 years old. The courses that you can buy on the app are all great and so relevant.

Can’t login
I’m having issues logging back into the app after I have already made the payment for the paid-for version. It doesn’t want to send a reset password option to my email address and says I need to use the log in with Facebook option, but once I do that, it shows an error on the apps side? I have logged a complaint via email but haven’t received any feedback?
