In my kid’s iPad, when the screen time is up, he can simply quit the Kidslox and continue to use the iPad. Pls help me fix the problem or refund. For your reply pls.

Kidslox is bad bad
Conflict with IOS screen-time
After installing advanced function The originally disabled user setting function become accessible to kid including reset apple user password without entering old one!!!
Scam nothing works
I use it 1 month with pay version. Child can still use their iPhone 8 as long as they don’t press the home button. They can use many apps through Lock Screen shortcut. They can use Lock Screen interface to play Spotify and even YouTube. The web filtering not work! I want my money back…….
No notifications
Why there’s no notifications?
Horrible controlling software!
I bought the forever package back in 2020 for my 11 and 9 year old and after 2 months they had already broken the system and got unlimited screen time. Not to mention, Kidslox constantly locked my kids’ phones after their wake-up time and this is caused major inconvenience as the application is always glitching and it takes at least 15 minutes for the application to respond. I have asked the service system many times to get control of the system but they did not give a valid response.
Lost of control
Kids can still play the game even it is in lock mode. They can reduce the play screen to a smaller one and then they Can still play without control . Can this bug been solved ?
