My child was still able to access inappropriate content and download apps. Not sure how they got around it but easy enough for a 12 year old to find loopholes. PSA just don’t let your kids have cell phone.

This is a great idea, and I was actually more so looking into it for my partners accountability tracking instead of my child. Location aspect is cool, but the viewing screenshots of their searches and online activity portion is a little misleading. You only get screenshots when your “child” manually enables screen share on their their portion of the OurPact app. So basically the whole time they are using their phone in order for you to get the periodic screenshots it is screen recording for them the entire time they are using it. So if the child/partner doesn’t enable screen recording everytime their own the phone, then you won’t see what they are viewing. The screen recording stops everytime they lock their phone, so when they unlock it they have to go back in and manually enable it again.. Also the viewing live feature didn’t work. Pairing the phones was a hassle. All in all disappointing.

I was super excited when I read the reviews for this app only to be let down yet again. I have downloaded, paid for, and set up more than one parental control app in the past 2 days. This is beyond frustrating at this point to the point I don’t want my son to have any electronics. I have blocked You tube website in this new app. Yet I can still pull up that site up perfectly fine. I have the app settings and screen time phone settings both set to not allow adult content, yet I can search naked girls, people having sex, etc on YouTube perfectly fine. I can’t access porn using google but who needs that when you can access it just fine on you tube even with that website supposedly blocked. Don’t waste your money with this app as it does not stop access to this material.

I can’t even explain how much I dislike this app. It deleted all of my other apps and erased streaks I had on previous apps. I feel bad because someone obviously spent time working for this app to be good but it’s just not working for me and has deleted all of my apps and I can’t get them back somebody please help as soon as possible actually no right now somebody help me right now I’m not waiting, this is the most obnoxious app. I really hope that no one downloads and reads this review and realizes that. it’s really bad. I’m very sorry to whoever made this app you tried trying you fail. OK just help right now within 24 hours and figure out how to report apps and I’m gonna report it for a scam if somebody I mean right now because it is scamming me, six years ago it worked well but right now it’s not working. I looked back at the reviews and it worked six years ago but it’s not working now. I’ve spent like three hours trying to figure out how to fix it so I literally just need somebody to help me right now not later right now. I need help and I’ve been working on it forever. It’s been working, just been trying to work on it so somebody help right now 24 hours please within 24 hours I need to response. I have posted three of these reviews so within those reviews hopefully somebody responds within 24 hours if you if you are reading this and are helping me, thank you so much OK bye.

I need to be sure my “free trial” never activated and I will not be charged on June 1, 2024. I do not see where to deactivate my account. I am unable to pair without a computer and am needing to go another way with my family’s devices. Thank you.

Who ever made this app is a loser and he needs to start doing better things with his life instead of ruining my life

I downloaded this app for my kids’ phones and so far I have spent over 2 hours trying to install it and set it up. I finally got it to go past the very first screen to pair my device and once I did, it started the install, restarted the phone, asked me to chose a WiFi network and enroll the phone in remote management. I clicked enroll and get a message that says “The configuration for your iPhone could not be downloaded from OurPact” and I cannot get past that screen. I tried restarting the phone but that didn’t work either. There is no customer service support number you can call either. All you can do is email them and wait for a reply. How efficient is that? So basically the phone is now useless. Find another way to monitor your kids phones. This app ain’t it.

Very difficult to install. Didn’t work as expected. Spent $99 on a year membership, tried it, deleted it right away and requested a refund. Apple will not refund your purchase. incredibly frustrated with this experience and this poor performing app.
