When you download the app it takes you to a website instead of opening as its own app. The actions I need to do on the app are virtually unavailable on the website…🙄

Nothing ever works correctly. I can’t reply to any emails. The only thing this app is good for is checking grades. Doesn’t forward emails to my email, even though it’s set up to do so.

I have the biggest issues with not being able to open emails sent from my child’s school.

When I try to report absences the “select a reason “ is just a blank field “bug” with nothing to select or pre populate. I don’t know how to send a screenshot.

The new grade view is worse than the last one. It is hard to navigate and hard to see teacher’s notes.

For the past few months, the app does NOT work. I open it and it’s frozen on the login page. No link for support, just takes you to the main website for the company. The app is updated and yet nothing is working.

Does not let me log in. I have to use browser. 0/10 do not recommend.

Bring back the original Gradebook Website version is horrible

The new update is difficult to view on a phone. It’s not mobile device friendly. Can barely see assignments and do not like the new look of attendance. Please return to the prior version because this is a terrible update.
