## Park ATX Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible"
Please just scrap this app and use the same PayByPhone app that every other city in the world uses, this app is horrible.
-- Mike6294, 2024-12-02

### *---- "Please fix your app"
I use this app for work everyday. But it’s getting progressively worse. Today- can’t even load it. I deleted the app to reinstall it. Now it won’t send a verification code to login. Just parked- hope i don’t get a ticket!
-- Acevedoatx, 2024-11-14

### **--- "Trouble loading"
It loads very slowly Have to open and close the app several times for at least 20 minutes to get it working
-- Organicmaterial, 2024-10-30

### *---- "terribly developed app"
terrible, can’t even log in
-- UMnN, 2024-10-24

### **--- "Apple Pay"
Apple Pay was working fine for a few weeks, and now it says that Apple Pay is not supported in the app. I am trying to pay for parking but you are making it so difficult.
-- MattBoogie, 2024-10-14

### *---- "It Doesn’t Work"
It doesn’t let me put in more than 4 characters. Which is difficult because the zones are more than 4 digits and the license plate are 6. Then it will not take my payments. FIX YOUR BUGS!
-- Titinoman, 2024-10-05

### *---- "ApplePay option not working"
Tried many times to pay. Not responsive and can’t pay!
-- Victor_99_99, 2024-10-04

### *---- "Confirm payment doesn’t work"
If you want people to follow the rules and pay parking at least have the decency to make a button that works. Tried with Apple Pay with no luck in two phones
-- heartless_vi, 2024-10-03

### *---- "Does not recognize any phone number"
I am new in town, i downloaded the app, it asked to send me a validation text, but it says my phone number is invalid. I tried carious phone numbers, US and German phone numbers and none were considered valid.
-- Dmolol, 2024-10-03

### *---- "Doesn’t work."
It stops sending verification codes after a few tries. So I am not able to use it.
