## Park Holidays Entertainment Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Shocking"
Not a lot more I can write about this one.
Someone needs to take a sit down and start again.
Poor interface no details and takes you to a website if you want to book anything.
Waste of time.
-- Crap01234, 2023-10-27

### *---- "Bad"
No WiFi the app didn’t work
-- yyiuggffguu, 2023-07-22

### **--- "Limited"
I arrive, and the leaflet encourages me to get the app. Fine… but the app should then offer me more than the paper I’ve already got.

Eg. Make it easy for the park staff to update - and encourage them to do so - the current children's activities. The paper has a plan for the week… the app lets me pick which day I want to read about… but each day has the same text - just a generic summary. Ie. No new info.

Booking… to book an activity, the app takes me to the website- ok, fine - but don’t then make me reselect the park. I’ve already told the app… it isn’t hard to pass that info to a website.

I realise that park data will be entered by local staff, not app developers… but this needs to be a joined up effort, or it’s pointless. The example above, but also the general park info is flawed… eg ‘click on the Facebook link below’ (No link given), and ‘???????’ Is unhelpful.

Park Holidays should either embrace the app, or dump it.

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Trying to look at options to book but getting blank page. Asks for the park then asks again on next screen not well designed.
-- jb16694, 2022-05-01

### ***-- "App"
Where do I get the verification code to get on the app
-- antonbrad56, 2022-03-29

### *---- "You can’t register!!!"
When trying to register, the app will not let me proceed without a telephone number. The problem is a tick box for terms and conditions is blocking the field preventing me entering the telephone number.
-- Metal jacket, 2022-02-15

### *---- "Rubbish"
Doesn’t do anything. Just loads
-- Ashleighs mummy, 2021-12-03

### *---- "Doesn’t work on iphone6"
Downloaded the app ok and can add activities to the basket but try to pay and the app crashes. Useless.
-- I don't believe it !!!, 2021-08-23

### **--- "Registration is painful"
You choose a password on a full keyboard layout, with special characters available, but to login the keyboard is limited and you can’t choose certain characters, lol…
You have to type the password somewhere else then copy and paste it.
The app isn’t great and has a fair few obvious bugs.
You’re forced to use the app to book activities, but it’s a bit painful.
-- Spencer Da Don Elliott, 2021-08-19

### *---- "Won’t work"
Have tried this app several times doesn’t load on iPhone
