Parkable

A poor user experience. The app annoyingly doesn’t have a cancel booking option so if you wake up unwell or the kids are sick in the morning, Parkable will charge your credit card whether you show up to the car park or not.

How difficult can they make it

Parked in bay not knowing it was not available, went to move my car, still plenty of bay available, parable went ahead and started my session and also charged me extra $25

Could not log in for nearly an hour after leaving.

It’s an awful app, park somewhere else

No integration with Carplay. Ridiculous for a car parking app in the modern age. It is dangerous and illegal to use your phone while driving.

The system changed my date and stuffed it all up

Parkable has made my daily travel into the city so much easier. It is so good to have the flexibility to utilize unused spaces in the city and unlock the opportunity for others to use the spaces for a reasonable fee. A great app with good back up service support if needed - so easy.

I’m so incredibly impressed. I see someone has parked in my bay and immediately see what options I have, Parkable instantly changed my bay #. Such an honest and easy service. Thank you to whoever designed this app!
