No waiting in line at payment machines. No paper tickets. App payments are available at all of our car parks, and app payments are always cheaper than payment machines. Our digital platform facilitates casual transactions as well as bookings for whatever days, weeks or months you need (subject to availability). Simply download the app, create your user profile, and begin parking with us. Our app knows you're in the car park by geofence technology and, at some car parks, uses Bluetooth or license plate recognition to allow you access in and out of the car park. When you exit, your parking transaction will automatically close and your nominated credit card securely billed. Simple! Our app has loads of other features. Normally with EasyPark you can select a longer duration and, if you finish early, cancel it and only pay for the time actually used. This one charges the full amount, and their cost is extreme, about $20 per hour. -- Reviewer-86, 2026-05-14 ### *---- "Illegal charges" I rented a car in Perth and use this terrible service to only find out later that the car was associated to my name after I returned the vehicle. Even though someone else used the car they still charged my credit card. SCAMMERS, THIEVES refused a refund to the incorrect charges to my credit card -- Lucasbertoglio, 2026-02-02 ### *---- "A pain to subscribe" So annoying just for free parking -- LoveChange2, 2025-11-15 ### *---- "Poorly thought out and tested" Sign up process has terrible autofill support. It took me 15 minutes to sign up for the app to get out of a parking lot that I only needed to park in for 5 minutes. The browser/QR code alternative also defaulted to a parking lot 400 km away that was 10x more expensive with no way to change it to the correct parking lot. Ugh. -- Crynja, 2025-02-02 ### *---- "Overcharged despite being set for the free time" Parking was set for the free 90 minutes but the app kept charging. Unable to speak to staff by phone and still waiting for refund -- T24Sc, 2024-12-23 [View all ParkAt reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ParkAt Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | New Zealand | Navigation | #15 | | Top Free | Australia | Navigation | #56 | ## ParkAt Discovered Keywords - parkat ## ParkAt Available In - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/parkat-DEpi/australia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/parkat-DEpi/new-zealand) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
