Paid on the app and still got a ticket. They wouldn’t even accept my appeal. Just pay at the meter.

App not working correctly
I paid for an hour and a half and it took my money just fine and showed a timer on my phone face. When I get back to my car, I received a ticket yet. The timer still had minutes left. I checked the app, and there was no history of my parking yet I was charged and have proof of charge. it took another hour to dispute the app. Now I’m waiting to see if my ticket gets removed. What a pain in the app!

how to find parking if there is no navigation???!!! You can’t get directions, you can’t see coordinates, you can’t copy coordinates... How do I get to a free parking lot? very bad !

Street sign post zone is different from the app
I am in Boston and the sign post says it’s zone 608. I went ahead and tried to park and searched for the zone #608 but couldn’t find it. I went back on the app using the map and located my car. The zone on the app says 607. What the heck?
