Users who are property managers can:
- View vehicle violations that occur in parking lots
- Dismiss violations
- Report violations
- Zoom in on photos of violating vehicles

Users who are tenants can:
- Open the garage door to their building with the click of a button

The app is okay when it is working, but that’s only about half the time. The door open button is very often unresponsive. The app is also very slow to even load the button. If they could make it more reliable and add a widget, the app would be great.

Worst app. I can’t open my garage door to enter or exit. I been keep calling them everyday regarding my issue. Nobody is doing anything to resolve the issue. People on phone have zero knowledge regarding the app. They can’t even answer your simple question.
