### *---- "Can't make a card payment for subscription"
While at the end point doing card payment for the monthly subscription it shows failed and says 'fill in all required fields to proceed'. Why this is happening??? I have encountered many times the sane issue before as well not accepting cards and asking to wait for sometime. This clearly shows to earn more to Parkin while making me the pay the fee, for which im not liable. Its totally disappointing

### *---- "Serious overpriced billing glitch, no receipt, and months of unresolved refund, unacceptable service"
I used the Parkin app in Dubai (CityWalk) on April 12th between 1:39 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. I was incorrectly charged 126 AED due to a system glitch showing a completely false session (entry 2:39 p.m. and exit 4:00 a.m. on January 1st, 1970). I paid it immediately out of concern for penalties.

No receipt was generated in the app due to the glitch. The next day, I received the correct charge that reflects my actual parking time of 5 AED which I also paid.

I have full proof of payment, including:
	•	Bank statement showing payment to Parkin (Government of Dubai parking)
	•	Screenshots showing successful payment confirmation
	•	Full transaction details (vehicle number, ticket number, timestamps, and payment summary)

Since then, I have been chasing Parkin for nearly two months with 30–40 emails. There is no continuity in their support system; every response comes from a different agent who has not read the previous case, forcing me to explain everything repeatedly from scratch. Throughout this process, responsibility has repeatedly been shifted to CityWalk, despite the payment being made directly through the Parkin app.

Because this is a rental car, the rental company also raised a formal ticket, but they were never followed up or updated by Parkin.

My son in Dubai also contacted Parkin multiple times. During those calls, they admitted the issue was 100% their responsibility and confirmed they would process the refund. However, when he followed up again, they changed position and requested a receipt from the app, which was never generated due to their own system glitch. Despite providing bank proof and full screenshots, they continued insisting on an app receipt that does not exist.

Yesterday I received an email again from Parkin , this time of course by a new agent, asking me to explain the entire case from the beginning once more, which I did. After doing so, I was essentially taken back to point zero, with the same response that it is not their responsibility and that CityWalk should handle it.

At this point, the handling of this case reflects poor internal coordination, inconsistent communication, and refusal to resolve a documented billing error despite clear evidence.

The issue remains unresolved and the refund has still not been issued.
They are shifting blame, asking to provide a receipt that their system failed to generate due to a glitch, although they have all the proof of payment which I provided! 
Waste of money and time! Horrible app! Horrible

Almost all apps related to Dubai are usually among the best and run wonderfully, which reflects what the city represents, except for this app. It does run on iOS, but not properly, as some of the text at the bottom does not display correctly. At first, I thought I was the only one experiencing this issue, but after checking the other reviews, it seems many users are facing the same problem.

Yes. In my parking spot in discovery garden where car was parked according to my lease contract with Al Wasl. They stole it, car is gone since march and nobody can tell where it is. They will do anything to please their investors, they will take your life if they have to. I have never seen this type of corporate greed anywhere.

This app constantly has payment issues. It gets stick and the payment doesn’t process and you can’t try again because it tells you to wait. Now I paid and the money is off my credit card but I have no ticket and it says “processing” for the past 15 minutes. So many problems with this app and the payment options

I park everyday at a spot and I pay each time I park I pay approximately 20-25 AED which more than I paid before and today I parked at the same spot just I went to the clinic to get my emirates id that I forgot and it didn’t take 1-2 minutes and I got fined they should wait at least 5 minutes before giving a fine but it seems all they care about is money I mean if they are gonna fine instantly when you park then I should pay 10 minutes before parking just in case🙂🙂

I’m writing this review because I’ve experienced their rude and aggressive behavior two or three times. This time, I decided to speak up and leave a review. The company should provide proper training to these staff members and monitor their behavior closely. If a driver violates the law, they can issue a fine professionally, but there is no need to use abusive language or shout at drivers.
